Directions to the Flektor Office

 

Our offices are located at 3520 Hayden Ave Suite 101, in Culver City, CA 90232. We are located inside the Conjunctive Points office complex, on the corner of National and Hayden Avenue.

Please be certain to park only in designated Visitor spots or on Hayden and National Avenues, as explained below. Parking in the lot is very tight due to the construction of the Culver City Light Rail system on National. Parking in spots occupied by other tenants will result in your car being towed away.

To reach our offices from the West
Take the 10 Freeway and exit at Robertson Blvd. Go straight on the off ramp until you reach Venice Boulevard, make a left on Venice, and the first right on National. Take National Blvd to Hayden Avenue, and parking is available in the following locations:

  • Street Parking is available on National Blvd and Hayden Avenue
  • Validated parking is available in the main Conjunctive Points lot by entering the driveway on Hayden Avenue
  • You must park in Spaces labeled "VISITOR" or "FLEKTOR VISITOR". DO NOT, under any circumstances park in any spot labeled "FLEKTOR" or marked with the name of any individual or Company. These are employee parking spots and you will be towed by the building management if you park in them.

To reach our office from the East
Take the 10 Freeway to Robertson. Exit the freeway, turn left on Robertson, and then the first left onto National Blvd. Continue on National to Hayden, parking is available in the following locations:

  • Street Parking is available on National Blvd and Hayden Avenue
  • Validated parking is available in the main Conjunctive Points lot by entering the driveway on Hayden Avenue
  • You must park in Spaces labeled "VISITOR" or "FLEKTOR VISITOR". DO NOT, under any circumstances park in any spot labeled "FLEKTOR" or marked with the name of any individual or Company. These are employee parking spots and you will be towed by the building management if you park in them.

From Los Angeles International Airport

When leaving the airport, follow the signs to Sepulveda Blvd NORTH. Take Sepulveda North for approximately 1.1 Miles, and make a RIGHT Turn on La Tijera Blvd. Take La Tijera East for approximately 2 miles until you Reach La Cienega Blvd. Make a LEFT turn on La Cienega and go North for 4.5 Miles until you reach JEFFERSON BLVD. Make a LEFT ON JEFFERSON, which becomes NATIONAL BLVD. Follow NATIONAL for .3 Miles until you reach HAYDEN AVE. Parking is available in the following locations:

  • Street Parking is available on National Blvd and Hayden Avenue
  • Validated parking is available in the main Conjunctive Points lot by entering the driveway on Hayden Avenue
